The "Spicy Red Oyakodon" is a perfect summer dish, combining Nakau's signature fluffy and soft oyakodon with a special spicy-savory sauce characterized by its deep richness and stimulating spiciness.

Using carefully selected chili peppers, the dish achieves a "multi-layered spiciness" that is not monotonous, from the first bite to the lingering heat. The special spicy-savory sauce uses gochujang, yangnyeomjang known for its sharp spiciness, grated ginger, grated garlic, chili oil, sesame oil, and more, resulting in a rich flavor where deep richness stands out amidst the spiciness.
