For this fair, we have prepared three cold pasta dishes using 'capellini', an extra-thin pasta that does not become too hard even when chilled and offers a pleasant elasticity. 'Cold Capellini with Plenty of Shrimp and Mentaiko Sauce' is a gorgeous dish that combines Jolly Pasta's summer staple, mentaiko sauce, with plenty of shrimp. At the same time, we will also sell 'Cold Capellini with Sea Urchin Cream Sauce', where you can enjoy the rich umami of sea urchin, and 'Cold Capellini with Prosciutto and Fresh Mozzarella in Tomato Soup', which can be enjoyed refreshingly with tomato soup.
