Cocos's "Pure Ice Fluffy Shaved Ice" is a summer staple dessert made with highly transparent ice, meticulously frozen for 48 hours at around -10℃. By finely shaving this ice while incorporating air, it achieves a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth texture comparable to specialty shops.

For Phase 1, classic flavors such as "Strawberry," "Ujikintoki," and "Mango" will be offered ahead of summer. These luxurious desserts are crafted with carefully selected syrups, including the milk syrup base, fluffy whipped cream, and delightful toppings. Each product comes with "extra syrup" (oi-syrup), allowing you to fully enjoy the flavors until the very last bite.

The "Pure Ice Fluffy Shaved Ice" lineup is scheduled to be expanded further from Tuesday, June 23rd, so please look forward to it!

This is a luxurious shaved ice made with Uji matcha from Kyoto's "Yanoen," established in 1836 (Tempo 7). The rich aroma of matcha powder sprinkled over the fluffy whipped cream further enhances the matcha flavor. Chewy shiratama (mochi balls) and gently sweet Hokkaido-produced azuki beans pair exceptionally well with the rich matcha. You can fully savor the taste of matcha to your heart's content.
