Sukiya Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Naoki Sasagawa, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), a beef bowl chain restaurant, will begin selling "Unagyu" and "Unadon" from April 10 (Friday) at 9:00 AM.
Sukiya's eel is finished into a fragrant and fluffy grilled eel by carefully repeating the "basting with sauce and grilling" process three times. The eel, with its soft and tender flesh soaked in a slightly sweet special eel sauce, pairs exceptionally well with rice. Please enjoy with the separately provided fragrant sansho pepper as you like.
Additionally, we will be selling "Unagyu," which allows you to enjoy Sukiya's eel and beef simmered in a secret sauce at the same time. Please savor this dish filled with Sukiya's commitment.
Simultaneously, "Ontama Unadon," which adds a mellow soft-boiled egg, and "Yamakake Unadon," where refreshing grated yam is an excellent match for eel, will also be available. We also offer individual "Unagyu Sara" and "Una Sara" dishes, recommended as an extra side dish for meals in-store or at home.
