Cocos Japan Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Naoya Ichiki, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), which operates the family restaurant "Cocos" nationwide, will hold a "Cookie & Cream Fair" starting Thursday, April 9th.
Five items themed around "Cookie & Cream," a classic ice cream flavor, will be introduced.
We've combined cookie & cream ice cream with a moist cookie texture, gently sweet vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, cream sandwich cocoa cookies, chocolate tama boro, and cocoa biscuit chips. These indulgent desserts offer both moist and crunchy cookie textures.
The Big Parfait and Crepe will be served with a sweet and sour cassis sauce. The refreshing flavor of cassis enhances the sweetness of the cookie & cream, allowing you to enjoy a clean taste.
