Zenko Research Institute Inc. (Location: 6-6-22 Minamiaoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Takashi Miyamoto, hereinafter referred to as "Zenko Research") has completed the introduction support in the model regions for the Reiwa 7 Fiscal Year "Care Plan Data Linkage System Utilization Promotion Model Region Creation Project (hereinafter referred to as the 'Project')", commissioned by Miyazaki Prefecture.
The utilization promotion seminar, held at the end of February as the culmination of this project, received "helpful" responses from over 99% of participants, demonstrating the high interest in DX in caregiving sites within the prefecture and the project's achievements. We also announce that the "Collection of Good Practices," summarizing the project's outcomes, has been published on the official website of Miyazaki Prefecture.
Background and Objectives of the Project
The objective of this project is to promote the introduction of the Care Plan Data Linkage System (hereinafter referred to as the 'Linkage System'), operated by the National Health Insurance Central Association, in model regions selected by the prefecture (Miyazaki City, Miyakonojo City, Shintomi Town/Takanabe Town), thereby improving productivity in caregiving facilities within these model regions.
Zenko Research undertook this project for the second consecutive year, supporting the system's adoption through explanatory sessions and on-site assistance to the targeted facilities.
About the Project's Achievements
Through this project, steady introduction progress was made across the entire model region.
In Miyakonojo City and Takanabe Town/Shintomi Town, approximately half of the facilities completed the introduction, achieving a high penetration rate.
In Miyazaki City, the introduction was completed at all community comprehensive support centers, laying the foundation for future development.
Furthermore, in the participant survey for the "Project Utilization Promotion Seminar" held on February 24th, we received extremely high evaluations as follows, with many voices expressing the realization of the fundamental value of DX:
Seminar Satisfaction:
"Extremely helpful" 60.7%
"Helpful" 38.5%
※Combined, 99.2% gave positive evaluations.
Expectations from the Field:
"It provided an opportunity to consider how to change work to regain original care methods."
"It allowed us to reconfirm that the direction of ICT adoption is not mistaken."

【2025 Fiscal Year On-site Support System and Nationwide Outreach】
Zenko Research is focusing on fostering DX human resources in the caregiving field and providing on-site support for digitalization tailored to regions and administrations. In fiscal year 2025, we are further strengthening this system.
This fiscal year, we are providing on-site support for system introduction and utilization to approximately 2,000 facilities in 32 regions nationwide.
We will continue to cooperate closely with local governments, businesses, and caregiving sites to contribute to the establishment of regional models and their nationwide expansion.
【Purpose of Zenko Research Institute's Participation】
Under the two philosophies of 'becoming a model for operations' and 'being a pioneer leading the future of the industry,' Zenko Research Institute consolidates the knowledge gained from operating welfare facilities and home-based care support offices with its unique perspective, and develops businesses to disseminate this knowledge both domestically and internationally.
We believe that expanding such know-how not only to facility-based services but also to home-based services is important from the perspective of improving the sustainability of care services.
Against this backdrop, we are participating in the support for the introduction of the Care Plan Data Linkage System promoted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
