Zenko Sogo Kenkyusho Co., Ltd. (Location: 6-6-22 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Takashi Miyamoto; hereinafter "Zenko Soken") has completed implementation support in model regions for the FY2025 "Care Plan Data Coordination System Utilization Promotion Model Region Creation Project (hereinafter 'this project')" commissioned by Miyazaki Prefecture.

At the utilization promotion seminar held at the end of February as the culmination of this project, over 99% of participants answered that it was "helpful," demonstrating the high level of interest in DX in the prefecture's nursing care workplaces and the success of the project.
We also announce that a "Collection of Good Practices" summarizing the results of this project has been published on the official website of Miyazaki Prefecture.

■ Background and Purpose of this Project
The purpose of this project is to improve productivity at nursing care facilities within model regions selected by the prefecture (Miyazaki City, Miyakonojo City, Shintomi Town/Takanabe Town) by promoting the introduction of the Care Plan Data Coordination System (hereinafter "Coordination System") operated by the Federation of National Health Insurance Organizations.
Continuing from last year, Zenko Soken was commissioned for this project and has supported the establishment of the system through briefing sessions and hands-on support for target facilities.

■ Project Results
Through this project, introduction has progressed steadily across the model regions.
In Miyakonojo City and Takanabe Town/Shintomi Town, approximately half of the facilities have completed introduction, achieving a high penetration rate.
Furthermore, in Miyazaki City, introduction has been completed at all Community General Support Centers, establishing a foundation for future expansion.
In addition, in the participant questionnaire at the "Project Utilization Promotion Seminar" held on February 24, we received extremely high evaluations as shown below, with many voices expressing realization of the essential value of DX.

Seminar Satisfaction:
"Very helpful" 60.7%
"Helpful" 38.5%
*A total of 99.2% positive evaluations

Expectations from the Frontlines:
"It was an opportunity to think about how to change our work to reclaim true care."
"I was able to reaffirm that the direction of ICT utilization is not wrong."

■ About the Collection of Good Practices
A collection of good practices compiling the voices of facilities that actually introduced the system, including those that presented at the utilization promotion seminar, has been published on the Miyazaki Prefecture website.

[FY2025 Hands-on Support System and Nationwide Outreach]
Zenko Soken is focusing on developing DX human resources in the nursing care sector and promoting hands-on support for digitalization tailored to local communities and governments, further strengthening this system in FY2025.
This year, we are providing hands-on support for system introduction and utilization to approximately 2,000 facilities across 32 regions nationwide.
We will continue to work closely with local governments, business operators, and nursing care frontlines to contribute to the establishment of regional models and their nationwide expansion.

[Purpose of Zenko Soken's Participation]
Under the dual philosophies of "Becoming a model of operation" and "Becoming a pioneer leading the future of the industry," Zenko Soken aggregates the knowledge gained from operating nursing care welfare facilities and in-home care support offices from a unique perspective at the social welfare corporation Zenkohai, and develops businesses to disseminate this knowledge widely domestically and internationally.
We believe that deploying such know-how not only in facility-based services but also in home-based services is important from the perspective of improving the sustainability of nursing care services.
Against this background, we are participating in the introduction support of the Care Plan Data Coordination System promoted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
