Number of Supported Facilities for 'Care Plan Data Collaboration System' Introduction Exceeds 2,000 in Reiwa 7th Year ~ Promoting Kaigo DX Model in 28 Municipalities and 32 Regions Nationwide with NPO Tadakayo ~

　Zenkou Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Location: 6-6-22 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Takashi Miyamoto, hereinafter referred to as "Zenkou Soken") is pleased to announce that the number of facilities supported for the introduction of the "Care Plan Data Collaboration System" in Reiwa 7th year (2025) has exceeded a cumulative total of 2,000 facilities.

　This fiscal year, Zenkou Soken is participating in the creation of model regions for the system, in collaboration with NPO Tadakayo (hereinafter referred to as "Tadakayo"), which promotes the dissemination of free ICT tools to care sites by receiving commissions from 28 municipalities and 32 regions nationwide. A support team, primarily composed of current and former care workers proficient in IT, provides detailed support from the perspective of the field, contributing to the promotion of Kaigo DX across entire regions.

■ Background

　Under the philosophy of "Becoming a model for operations" and "Becoming a leader responsible for the future of the industry," Zenkou Soken operates as a think tank that consolidates the operational know-how of care sites cultivated by the Social Welfare Corporation Zenkoukai and expands it domestically and internationally. We believe that expanding the knowledge accumulated primarily in the facility service domain to the home care domain in the future is important for building a sustainable care service system.

　Against this background, Zenkou Soken is participating in the promotion support and regional model creation for the "Care Plan Data Collaboration System," which the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare is promoting as a foundation for digitalization in the home care domain.

　The "Care Plan Data Collaboration System" is a mechanism that digitizes care plan-related information exchanged between home care support offices and care service providers. This is expected to reduce document delivery via mail and fax, and manual transcription work, thereby improving operational efficiency and speeding up information sharing.

　On the other hand, there are challenges in the care field such as differences in IT environment preparedness, anxiety about system operations, and complexity of introduction procedures, making widespread adoption difficult.

■ Zenkou Soken's Initiatives

　Zenkou Soken promotes introduction support that stays close to the care sites, leveraging its expertise in policy research and regional collaboration as a think tank.

Specifically, in collaboration with Tadakayo, we are implementing the following initiatives:

・ Planning and operation of introduction support projects for municipalities
・ Construction of dissemination models at the regional level
・ Holding explanatory meetings for facilities
・ Individual support for introduction procedures and operations

　Last fiscal year, in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture, by combining Zenkou Soken's regional policy support with Tadakayo's field-oriented ICT support (on-site visits, phone, and remote support), we achieved "Japan's No. 1 Care Plan Data Collaboration System Adoption Rate" among municipalities with a population of 100,000 or more.

■ Expansion to 28 Municipalities and 32 Regions Nationwide

　This fiscal year, we have expanded these efforts to 28 municipalities and 32 regions nationwide.

　Through holding explanatory meetings in each region and providing individual support for each facility, the number of supported introductions in Reiwa 7th year has exceeded a cumulative total of 2,000 facilities.

　Zenkou Soken aims to promote sustainable Kaigo DX by building regional dissemination models in collaboration with municipalities and related organizations.

■ Future Outlook

　Zenkou Soken will continue to strengthen collaboration with municipalities and related organizations and work on promoting DX that contributes to improving the operational efficiency of care sites and solving the labor shortage.

　Furthermore, through the widespread adoption of the Care Plan Data Collaboration System, we aim to expand the regional model nationwide, which realizes the reduction of burdens on care sites and the improvement of service quality.
