■ Project Features

We offer the following three courses as a phased learning program based on participants' employment duration and Japanese language proficiency. All participants can join online from anywhere within Ibaraki Prefecture.

* **Basic Course (3 months x 3 terms per intake):**
A course for individuals who have been in Japan for less than one year.

* **Skill-Up Course (10 months):**
A course designed to look ahead to the 40th and subsequent Caregiver National Examinations, focusing on inputting specialized knowledge and acquiring professional Japanese language skills applicable in the field.

* **National Exam Preparation Course (8 months):**
A course for individuals scheduled to take the 39th Caregiver National Examination. Its features include personalized support for diverse needs, such as first-time test-takers, those aiming for partial pass (subject pass), or extending their Specified Skilled Worker Visa (Type 1).

Through the provision of this training, Zenken will contribute to creating an environment where foreign care workers in Ibaraki Prefecture can comfortably work and thrive as long-term members of the community.
