World Liquor Importers Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Hisashi Imazato) will grand open the Mediterranean Grill & Bar Restaurant "Brauer Tafel Yokohama" in the Yokohama Minatomirai area on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

Inside the restaurant, which features terrace seating that takes advantage of its seaside location, you can enjoy live kitchen performances where dishes are prepared right before your eyes, with a focus on seafood grills and Mediterranean cuisine, including "Rich Cheese Pasta" finished in a large cheese bowl and instant smoking.

Opening as a new restaurant in the Yokohama Minatomirai area, which attracts many tourists from spring through Golden Week, offering a seaside location and exciting live cooking performances.

Prior to the opening, we will hold a preview and tasting event for media representatives on Monday, April 20th, in two sessions: 12:00 PM - / 4:00 PM - for you to experience the store and taste the dishes.

Yokohama Minatomirai is a representative bay area of Yokohama, visited by a wide range of customers including tourists, couples, and locals. It is expected to be utilized as a new gourmet spot for Golden Week outings and Yokohama sightseeing.

At the preview and tasting event, you will be able to get an early look at the store space before the grand opening and experience the charm of a Mediterranean grill & bar restaurant that combines a seaside location with live kitchen performances.

This live performance involves grating cheese over pasta right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy the aroma and richness of freshly prepared dishes.

- Instant Smoked Seafood Appetizer Assortment of 3 types (Live performance where the dome is opened in front of customers)

Three types of seasonal seafood are instantly smoked. Enjoy the presentation where the aroma of smoke, enclosed in a glass dome, wafts out the moment it is opened.

- Grilled Wagyu Rump (Cut service in front of customers)
A generous 200g of Wagyu rump, characterized by its lean meat, rich flavor, and tender texture, is grilled. Cooked on a "Char-Glow" far-infrared cooker, it achieves a smoky finish similar to charcoal grilling, despite being gas-fired.

It is brought to the table on a hot plate, and staff carefully cut it in front of you while melting herb butter. It's a lively dish where you can watch it being prepared along with the rising aroma.
