Jichitai Link Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President & CEO: Ginshiro Matsumoto; hereinafter "Jichitai Link") operates corporate hometown tax support businesses and related services, providing one-stop support from matching municipalities with companies to assisting with donation procedures from companies. Jichitai Link is pleased to announce that it has commenced support for the public offering corporate hometown tax donation recruitment by Relive Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture; Representative Director: Takashi Sasaki; hereinafter "Relive"), a company that develops and sells functional wear, starting from April 2, 2026 (Thursday).

Background and Purpose

Jichitai Link operates the "Corporate Hometown Tax Support Business" (hereinafter, "this business") and related businesses, providing one-stop support from matching municipalities with companies to assisting with donation procedures from companies. It also promotes the corporate hometown tax system (hereinafter, "this system") to companies and guides tax payments to municipalities under consignment.

This business was launched by the Hope Group in September 2021, and as of the end of December 2025, it has received commissions from 584 municipalities. The total amount of donations from companies through this business is approximately 2.38 billion yen, boasting top-class contract achievements in the industry, with over 2,200 companies utilizing the corporate hometown tax through this business.

This is the second instance of Jichitai Link supporting a public offering corporate hometown tax, and it marks Relive's first utilization of a public offering corporate hometown tax. Specifically, it aims to publicly solicit municipalities to receive donations of Relive's proprietary functional wear, "Relive Wear," to promote the health and improve the quality of life for local residents.

This initiative was realized through an introduction from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation*, a business partner for corporate hometown tax service provision.

Relive, which is undertaking this public offering corporate hometown tax, is a company that develops, manufactures, and sells functional wear "Relive Wear" under the corporate philosophy of "contributing to the creation of healthy and happy lives for people around the world, both physically and mentally." It began joint demonstration experiments with municipalities nationwide in 2022 and obtained Class III medical device manufacturing and sales approval in December 2023. Cumulative sales have exceeded 5 million units (as of the end of February 2026), and the number of purchasers has surpassed 1 million. Looking ahead, Relive aims to make "supporting daily conditioning just by wearing it" a new social norm and intends to build an industry-academia-government collaboration system for joint research on functional wear with municipalities nationwide and local universities. Through the utilization of this public offering corporate hometown tax, the company aims to recruit municipalities that agree with its objectives, marking the first step towards realizing its vision.

* Jichitai Link (then Jichitai Ad) concluded a business alliance agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on March 21, 2025, regarding corporate hometown tax support services.

About this Initiative

Through this initiative, we will contribute to health support for municipalities and local residents and the resolution of social issues.

Jichitai Link will continue to strengthen cooperation with municipalities and companies through this system, contributing to the resolution of social issues and the sustainable development of regions.
