Overview of Development

Our company is advancing verification aimed at improving production efficiency in die-casting manufacturing sites, based on film distribution data obtained from the visible mold release agent "Visilube series," utilizing AI technology provided by IDATENase Co., Ltd. The "Visilube series" is characterized by its ability to visually grasp the distribution state of the mold release agent film. Leveraging this characteristic, we are exploring new approaches to support process stabilization and quality improvement. At sites where operations traditionally relied heavily on experience and individual judgment, we aim to establish operational methods based on visualized data and build a foundation for future AI technology applications.
