For this event, in addition to lessons for existing YUMICORE online members, we have prepared lesson slots for new customers. This will be an opportunity for those experiencing YUMICORE for the first time to directly feel the appeal of the method.
Furthermore, at this event, all participants will receive a "posture check" by active YUMICORE trainers, including physical therapists, before the lesson. By participating in the lesson after confirming each person's posture and physical condition, participants can deepen their understanding of their own body and experience the YUMICORE method with greater satisfaction.
YUMICORE supports women in facing their own bodies and leading healthier, more positive daily lives through a unique method combining posture improvement, loosening, stretching, breathing, and core training. At this Okinawa event, we will directly deliver the value of YUMICORE to the local community and provide an opportunity for their bodies to change.

[Part Two: For first-timers]
Must be a YumiCore Trial member or not a YumiCore member from the time of ticket purchase until the event day.
*Those who have previously withdrawn from YumiCore or have not joined after a trial are also eligible (online or studio is irrelevant).
*The lesson content is scheduled to be an introductory lesson using only Hogushii.
*For those with only a participation ticket, Hogushii will be lent during the lesson.
