YUIME Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Kohei Ueno, hereinafter "YUIME") hereby announces that it has decided to establish a new management structure aimed at strengthening its management base and enhancing its governance system, with an eye on executing its mid-to-long-term growth strategy and responding to future capital markets.
Under the vision of "Updating Japan's primary industries into world-class industries," YUIME is taking on the challenge of solving the structural issues facing Japanese agriculture. As a specific business to realize this mission, we are rapidly growing our agricultural employment support business targeting both foreign and Japanese human resources.
The establishment of this new management structure aims to achieve both the sustainability of business growth and the management transparency and discipline required by capital markets.
Background of the Establishment of the New Management Structure
The environment surrounding Japan's primary industries is in the midst of complex and structural changes, including an aging population and chronic labor shortages, as well as the sustainability of regional industries and the sophistication of institutional and social demands regarding the utilization of foreign human resources.
Until now, YUIME has achieved business expansion starting from the field through the establishment of a busy-season dispatch model centered on specified skilled foreigners, the training and employment support of core Japanese human resources, and the building of mid-to-long-term partnerships with agricultural corporations and regional businesses.
Going forward, as we proceed with the expansion of our business domains, nationwide deployment, and the advancement of group management, the establishment of a system capable of making highly advanced management decisions and fulfilling accountability has become essential.
Based on this recognition, YUIME will establish a new management structure and strive to strengthen its management base to maximize mid-to-long-term corporate value.
