This contest is a participatory project where actual residents take the lead in submitting works based on the theme of "Everyday Happiness." It is characterized by expressing brand value from the perspective of the residents rather than from the company.
By visualizing the small joys felt in daily life and the attachment to one's home, we aim to create opportunities for residents to rediscover the "essential value of a home."

The Blue Impulse flying brilliantly over the Osaka landmark "Abeno Harukas." The sight of them drawing beautiful trails in the clear blue sky seems to embody "Harukasu" (a feeling of being refreshed/clear), making it a wonderful work that refreshes the hearts of those who see it.

Title: "The Room of My Dreams"

An interior that recreates the world of a beloved Ghibli film. While the atmosphere is created with multiple lights and patterned carpets, the lace next to the bed serves as a perfect accent. It is a wonderful room where you can feel both the comfort of stepping into a story and the owner's careful attention to detail.

General Review
In this second iteration of the contest, we received a diverse array of heartwarming works captured from the unique perspectives of our residents, including life with new family members, casual moments with pets, and peaceful times spent at home.
From the entries, it is clear that a home is not merely a "building," but a "stage for living" where daily happiness is accumulated. The results naturally expressed the values that our brand strives for.
