■ Omuraisu-tei's Commitment to "Fluffy" Omurice

■ Commitment to Eggs

Our original egg, "Kouran," is laid by healthy and energetic chickens raised with love in a good environment, considering our customers' "health," "peace of mind," and "safety." It features a dark "yolk" and a rich taste with "depth" and "sweetness." We finish our omurice "fluffy and creamy" with a baking method that brings out the deliciousness of this "Kouran."

■ Commitment to Ketchup

We use "organically" grown ripe tomatoes and onions, along with sugar, spices, and vinegar made from "organic" ingredients. Except for salt and water, we use "organic ketchup" that pursues deliciousness, is kind to the environment, and is gentle on the body, insisting on "organic" raw materials. It is characterized by a "sweet" taste with suppressed acidity and saltiness.

■ Commitment to Craftsmanship

From cracking each egg to tossing the ketchup rice and baking the fluffy egg, our craftsmen cook with "humility" and "honesty" through "handiwork." We cook with the "desire to always deliver delicious omurice to our customers," and that desire is passed down daily as a "traditional taste" that supports the flavor of "Omuraisu-tei."

■ Commitment to Demi-glace

Carefully stewed with a perfectly balanced recipe of the "umami" of beef and aromatic vegetables, the "sweetness" of onions and fruits, the "acidity" of tomatoes, the "bitterness" of roux, and the "richness" of red wine and butter. It goes perfectly with our proud fluffy egg!! We have finished it as an "authentic demi-glace" of a Western-style restaurant where you can taste the umami and deep richness.

History of Omurice Specialty Store "Omuraisu-tei," based on the concept of a "Nostalgic Western-style restaurant"

"Omuraisu-tei" opened its first store in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, in September 1999.

The person in charge at the time happened to visit an omurice specialty store in Umeda, Osaka, and was shocked to see nearly 20 mostly female customers lining up. This inspired the idea of creating an omurice specialty store in Fukuoka, Kyushu. At that time, "Omuraisu-tei" was born as a store offering omurice, which cost nearly 1,000 yen back then, at a reasonable price range of around 500 yen under the concept of a "nostalgic Western-style restaurant." We have been operating for over 25 years since the first store and are opening in shopping centers. From the spring of 2024, we revamped our menu as a "Yomeshi" brand, offering Western food born in Japan. We also added set menus such as hayashi rice and hamburgers. We have a wide range of store formats and menu contents such as "Restaurants," "Charcoal Grill Restaurants," and "Food Courts" to meet the needs of our customers.
