We carefully simmer a recipe with an exquisite balance of beef and aromatic vegetable "umami," onion and fruit "sweetness," tomato "acidity," roux "bitterness," and red wine and butter "richness." History of Omuraisu Tei, an Omelet Rice Specialty Restaurant, with the Concept of "Nostalgic Western Restaurant"

Omuraisu Tei opened its first store in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, in September 1999. The person in charge at the time was inspired by seeing nearly 20 customers, mostly women, lining up at an omelet rice specialty store in Umeda, Osaka, and decided to create an omelet rice specialty store in Kyushu, Fukuoka. Omuraisu Tei was born with the concept of a "nostalgic Western restaurant," offering omelet rice at a reasonable price of around 500 yen, which was close to 1,000 yen at the time. It has been in operation for over 25 years since its first store and is located within shopping centers. Starting in the spring of 2024, as the "Yo-meshi" brand, we have renewed our menu as Japanese-born Western cuisine, adding set menus such as Hayashi Rice and Hamburg steak. We offer a wide range of store formats and menu options, including "Restaurant," "Charcoal Grill Restaurant," and "Food Court," to meet customer needs.
