New Taipei City, with a population of over 4 million, the largest in Taiwan, also exceeds 150,000 total companies, and manufacturing accounts for 23% of its major business types, making it a hub for a vast supply chain. In recent years, areas like Linkou (AI+Smart Park), Xindian (Baogao Smart Industrial Park), and Banqiao (T-Park Communication Park) have seen rapid upgrades from traditional industries to high-tech industrial parks focusing on "5G, AIoT, advanced medical devices, and smart EVs." Furthermore, with the construction of the MRT Wanda-Zhonghe-Shulin Line (Phase 1) progressing towards completion by the end of 2027, the convenience of industrial infrastructure is expected to further improve.
