"YOUR BREAD" is a long-life bread designed for nutritional balance and high protein content, delivering over 16g of protein per serving—meeting the recommended daily intake of protein for adult women per meal (※1). Developed over more than a year, it aims to be a "wellness bread" enjoyable every day.

To enhance flavor, the Plain version includes cream with Hokkaido Tokachi butter, while the Belgian Chocolate version features rich, aromatic Belgian chocolate cream. Through product improvements, the current protein content is 16.6g in the Plain version and 18.1g in the Belgian Chocolate version. Additionally, using "Pain au Naturel" (※2) as a fermentation starter gives the bread a soft, chewy texture that stays fresh longer.
