Parent-Child Event 'Mikaku no Boken ~Kake, Tabete, Sekai o Tabi Shiyou~' to be Held at '100 Hon no Spoon Azamino Gardens Store' on May 23 (Sat) and 24 (Sun), 2026

Youki Foods Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chofu, Tokyo, and led by President Hidekazu Tanaka, which handles a wide range of seasonings and ingredients from around the world, primarily Chinese and ethnic cuisine, will hold a collaborative event 'Mikaku no Boken ~Kake, Tabete, Sekai o Tabi Shiyou~' with '100 Hon no Spoon,' a family restaurant operated by Soup Stock Tokyo Co., Ltd., headquartered in Meguro, Tokyo, and led by President Moe Kudo, on Saturday, May 23, and Sunday, May 24, 2026.

As the title suggests, this collaborative event allows participants to enjoy a lunch course that feels like traveling to foreign lands at the dining table by trying various seasonings used in different countries.

From Youki Foods' approximately 700 types of seasonings, 22 varieties will be prepared. This lunch course offers a taste of everything from familiar seasonings used in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, and Jamaica, to those that even adults rarely try, opening up new paths of deliciousness.

The experience begins with a tasting of the 'Gentle Flavor Series' (3 types) to experience the umami of the base broth, followed by world soups made with them, appetizers, main dishes, pasta, and desserts, with recommended seasonings lined up on the table. Participants will embark on a taste adventure with an original passport to enjoy global food culture.

This family-oriented event is designed for both adults and children to discover new tastes. Participants can take home their favorite seasonings tried on the day. Through this taste-traveling experience, the aim is to make mealtime exciting and to spark interest in various regions and their food cultures.
