Former Pistachio Comedian Ozawa Rolls His Eyes Without Telling His Ex-Partner?! 'Higashino Burabura Cheekys' #25 Airs April 5th (Sun) at 22:30

The 25th episode of the BS Yoshimoto program 'Higashino Burabura Cheekys,' starring Koji Higashino, will be broadcast on Sunday, April 5th.

### To sell dried fruit... 'Higashino Burabura Cheekys' is a show where Higashino and his guests discover the charms of different regions by strolling through towns across Japan. Local 'Sumimasu Geinin' (comedians living in the area) guide them to popular spots. It's a program where Higashino and the guests enjoy the local area through hospitality, delicious food, stunning views, and fun experiences. Until now, new episodes aired once a month (60 minutes), but from this episode onwards, it will be broadcast twice a month (30 minutes each).

Welcoming Tsubaki Oniyakko as a guest, they will wander through Hayama, Miura District, Kanagawa Prefecture. The guide is Shinichiro Ozawa (a Hayama resident), a former member of the comedy duo Pistachio and a Kanagawa 'Sumimasu Geinin'.

This is the first time Oniyakko and Higashino are filming on location together. Higashino likens the atmosphere between them to a 'day trip for a veteran married couple.' Also, with both of them in their 50s, Oniyakko comments that they are 'making the show for a core audience.'

On the other hand, for Ozawa, this is his first location shoot in a long time since quitting his comedy career after his duo disbanded. He surprises the two by declaring, 'I couldn't come empty-handed to greet Higashino-san and Yakko-san!' and appears with a 'certain army corps.'

Ozawa currently sells dried fruit and sometimes stands at the counter in department store events. When Higashino asks, 'Do you sell them while doing the white-eyes face like you did in Pistachio?', he immediately replies, 'I do!' He then adds, drawing laughter, 'To be honest, I was the one who asked for the breakup, and the white-eyes thing belongs to my ex-partner Ijichi, so I refused at first, but since it helps sell the dried fruit, I'll roll my eyes! But... please keep it a secret just from Ijichi!'

### To a shop loved by superstars The trio visits 'Hayama Asahiya Beef Shop,' founded in 1901. This shop is said to be beloved by stars like Yujiro Ishihara and Keisuke Kuwata (Southern All Stars).

Among the various items on the menu, they purchase the Hayama croquettes, which can sell up to 4,000 units on a good day, as well as Ozawa's recommended chicken katsu and sesame balls, and decide to eat them outside. As they bite into the croquettes, they praise them for their deliciousness, exclaiming, 'Delicious!', 'The thickness of the batter is perfect,' and 'It doesn't need any sauce.' While they are savoring the food, Oniyakko brings up a certain topic with Higashino...

New episodes of 'Higashino Burabura Cheekys' in April will be broadcast on the first and third Sundays of the month at 22:30 (with reruns on the second and fourth Sundays).
