YOSHIKI to Appear Live After 'Global Citizen LIVE : Tokyo' Performance on June 18 (Thu) 'YOSHIKI CHANNEL' Live Broadcast Decided

YOSHIKI, who has returned to Japan in an emergency from Los Angeles, will perform as the headliner at the world premiere event 'Global Citizen LIVE : Tokyo' at Tokyo International Forum on June 18 (Thu) Japan time. Following this, a special live broadcast will be held from a certain location in Tokyo starting at 22:00 on the official distribution program 'YOSHIKI CHANNEL'.

The broadcast will be conducted on Nico Nico Channel (Japan) and YouTube Channel Membership (including Japan and the rest of the world), with some content being made available to the general public on YouTube.

'Global Citizen LIVE : Tokyo' is a global charity event hosted by the international NGO 'Global Citizen', which aims to eradicate extreme poverty. Since its establishment in 2008, the organization has achieved over $500 billion (approximately 8 trillion yen) in support worldwide and has impacted the lives of more than 1.3 billion people. The event has featured numerous world-renowned artists such as Beyoncé, Coldplay, BTS, BLACKPINK, and Rihanna.

The program will touch upon YOSHIKI's state of mind immediately after the 'Global Citizen LIVE : Tokyo' performance, as well as his experience of receiving the highest honor from the Entertainment Community Fund, the 'Medal of Honor', at their annual gala in New York. This award is the first time a Japanese artist has received this honor in the 116-year history of the organization, which was founded in 1910. Additionally, the program will also mention his upcoming performance at Japan Expo Paris in Paris, France, scheduled for July.

Furthermore, the program will reveal the thoughts behind the two performances of the classical concert 'SCARLET NIGHT & VIOLET NIGHT' to be held at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles on July 16 and 17, marking the opening of the 'second chapter to the world'.
