The background of behaviors that appear to be "problematic behavior" may have reasons that are not understood--
This study group is a consecutive seminar aimed at deepening understanding by focusing on the diverse factors behind "difficulty working" and sharing perspectives from experts in various fields such as companies, healthcare, welfare, and professional services.

The 12 lectures will focus on vocational transition support, employment of people with disabilities, the aftermath for those who have experienced trauma (ACEs), and building inclusive organizations where everyone can work as themselves. Practitioners from each field will share their knowledge, discuss support and organizational building starting from "knowing the person in front of you," and aim for the realization of an inclusive society through collaboration between companies, healthcare, welfare, and professional services.

Participants can attend in real-time and also view archives. Social gatherings are also planned after each session, providing a place for participants to network.

Program/Content
~"Troubles" to "Reasons" for a Kinder Tomorrow~
Your colleague nearby might be harboring unspoken "work difficulties."
Behind behaviors that make you wonder "Why?", there might be important "reasons" hidden, known only to the individual, such as trauma or specific traits.
For example, "earplugs" are a diligent effort to protect oneself from sensory overload.
"Panic" might be an SOS for anxiety about the unknown.

This course cherishes understanding these "reasons" as the "beginning" of all dialogue.
We are looking for individuals to learn together over one year, how to transform the "troubles" faced by colleagues into "organizational kindness," with instructors from the medical, welfare, corporate, and professional fields sharing their expertise, and building warm organizations where everyone can "like themselves through work."
