[Participating Clubs] - The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place clubs from each district in the "Resona Group B.LEAGUE 2025-26 B2 League" and the top two clubs among the remaining eight clubs (excluding the top three from each district) will participate in this tournament.

[Tournament Format] - The tournament will be played in a knockout format with 8 clubs, and the quarterfinals, semifinals, 3rd place playoff, and final will each consist of two games. - If the score is 1 win and 1 loss after two games in the quarterfinals, semifinals, 3rd place playoff, and final, a third game will be played on a separate day to determine the winner. The third game will adopt standard competition rules, and if the score is tied at the end of the third game, a 5-minute overtime period will be played until a winner is decided. * All the above games will be home games for the higher-ranked club.

- The club that wins this tournament will be the "2025-26 Season B2 League" annual champion, the runner-up will be the annual runner-up, and the 3rd place club will be the annual 3rd place club.
