Yokohama Diamond Building Management Co., Ltd. (Kanagawa Ward, Yokohama City / Representative Director and President Takeo Fukui) will open three unique dining establishments at Yokohama Bay Quarter, a shopping mall operated by them at the east exit of Yokohama Station.

Yokohama Bay Quarter, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary in August 2026, has adopted "Otonari Resort" as its facility concept, proposing new experiences and comfortable times to all visitors to Yokohama.

The "Otonari Resort" concept embodies the desire to create a shopping mall where adults can relax with their loved ones, while being "next door" to their daily lives. We aim to create a lively atmosphere throughout the four seasons and provide a refreshing time in an open space.

The new stores opening this time include "Tsukishima Monja Kuuya," a popular monja-yaki restaurant proud of its authentic Tsukishima flavor, "PARFECT BEER SHOP," a specialty store for beer and potatoes, and "THE CITY BAKERY," a popular bakery originating from NY, which will open in two formats: a bakery & cafe and a restaurant. The addition of new culinary attractions will provide even more diverse ways to enjoy the mall, catering to various occasions.

It boasts fresh seafood directly delivered from a Toyosu seafood wholesaler, a family business of the founding owner established in Meiji 4 (1871), and a homemade monja dashi (broth) uniquely blended with seafood, chicken bones, and aromatic vegetables. All monja-yaki are carefully grilled by staff right in front of customers, so even first-timers can enjoy freshly made exquisite monja with peace of mind.
