Savor Chef Takagi’s signature creations alongside a generous free-flow of crisp draft beer and craft brews. Begin your summer evening with vibrant cold appetizers such as smoked salmon tartare and basil-infused marinated summer vegetables. Then move on to hearty grilled dishes, including Cajun-spiced shrimp and squid brochettes, juicy Iwate Prefecture’s brand chicken 'Abedorii' thighs, and robust grilled domestic pork. A French classic, 'Escargot Bourguignon,' served in a bread bowl, allows you to savor every drop of melted garlic butter. [Chef Hiroshi Takagi, French Restaurant 'Bay View']

After studying at a culinary school, Chef Takagi trained at French restaurants to build a solid foundation in cuisine. Enchanted by French culture through cooking, he enrolled in a university French language department, deepening his knowledge of France for four years. After graduation, he joined Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers, working at French 'Bay View' and banquet kitchens. In 2018, he became the dedicated chef for NISSAN STAR SUITES inside Yokohama Stadium, overseeing its launch. He served as head chef of the all-day buffet 'Compass' in 2019 and was appointed chef of the top-floor French restaurant 'Bay View' in August 2023.
