IT Infrastructure Firm YLP Speaks at 'Industry Research Seminar' at OCA Osaka Design & Technology College

Young Life Proposal (YLP), a company that has spent 20 years handling everything from upstream to downstream infrastructure system development using only its own staff, participated in the 'Industry Research Seminar' hosted by OCA Osaka Design & Technology College on Friday, May 29, 2026. In this seminar, active employees shared their real-world experiences regarding the job duties of IT engineers and career development. Through group work, the seminar provided students with an opportunity to think independently, supporting their learning toward a deeper understanding of the IT industry and future career planning.

■ Conveying the 'reality' of the IT industry

YLP upholds the philosophy of 'Time Creation,' providing value to society through efficient IT infrastructure construction, and maintaining a three-month training system that develops professional engineers from scratch, regardless of their background.

At this industry research seminar, the company explained topics such as 'what development engineering is' and 'how actual projects progress' from a field-oriented perspective. While YLP's core business revolves around infrastructure engineering, the company also employs development engineers. To broaden the students' knowledge of the IT industry, the seminar introduced the work content and project management methodologies of development engineers. This was designed to help students visualize their future working life and consider their career paths.

1. Lectures by top management and engineers conveying field reality
During the corporate presentation, CEO Kuzuyama and sales planning staff took the stage. They introduced YLP's 'Time Creation' philosophy, the integrated system spanning from design to operation and maintenance, as well as the mindset and daily routines required in the field.

2. Group discussions to foster independence
In the second half, students engaged in active discussions around flip charts. Within a limited 50-minute window, members played individual roles to structure opinions and summarize materials for presentation. Through this, students experienced the importance of teamwork and communication in understanding others' intentions.

3. Enthusiastic presentations and Q&A
Each group delivered presentations reflecting their unique perspectives. During the post-seminar 'FREE Question Time,' many students enthusiastically asked about the training system, project management, and corporate culture, marking a meaningful opportunity to increase their motivation for job hunting.
