Management Support Cloud 'bixid' Releases Custom Plan

This plan enables general companies to select and expand functions according to their own management systems and operational status.

Background of Development

bixid covers basic management support functions for small and medium-sized enterprises, including trial balance sheets, management plans, and analytical reports. However, for mid-to-large sized companies, the increase in management documents and daily orders/shipments necessitates the construction of high-end management systems and additional supporting systems.

To address this, bixid has released a custom plan that allows for the custom addition of additional functions (units) for general companies, tailored to their specific conditions.

With this release, two types of additional functions (units) are available:

・team input unit for Google Sheets

*Function to input data from spreadsheets into bixid

・free style output for Microsoft Excel

*Function to output data from bixid to Excel

Mid-to-large sized companies often have specialized business activities and scale, leading them to create and manage specialized management documents based on their own calculations, either company-wide or by department. These are often created using spreadsheet software. By directly linking bixid with each spreadsheet software, we have developed this to enable a reduction in management workload.

*Currently, input and output are only available for each spreadsheet software, but it is planned that bidirectional data exchange will be possible with both spreadsheet software in the future.

Usage Scenarios

Data Input into bixid

In management planning, planned figures such as sales are designed using complex formulas from documents managed by each department. Department managers can directly upload these figures from the source spreadsheet software to bixid. By having the planning manager review and reflect the uploaded figures, a system can be established where department managers handle specialized departmental figures, and the planning manager handles indirect departmental costs, etc. Daily KPIs can also be directly uploaded by managers from spreadsheet software, allowing responsible parties to manage them uniformly within bixid.

Data Output from bixid

By directly outputting accounting, planning, and KPI data for each department within bixid to spreadsheet software, it can be utilized for flexible analysis in spreadsheet software. The data is output in a format suitable for use in spreadsheet software, enabling a reduction in workload for document creation and management.
