YK Planning Appoints Hiroki Koike and Junko Yamamoto as Outside Corporate Auditors

YK Planning Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Hofu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Tatsunori Okamoto) announces that it has resolved to appoint Mr. Hiroki Koike and Ms. Junko Yamamoto as Outside Corporate Auditors and will transition to a company with a Board of Corporate Auditors. We will continue to develop our audit system with the aim of further strengthening corporate governance.

Brief Biographies

Mr. Hiroki Koike

Graduated from Waseda University. Registered as a lawyer in 2000 and joined Sakura Law Office. Became Representative Lawyer of the same office in 2004 (current position). Served as Outside Corporate Auditor and Outside Director for various listed companies. Appointed Civil Conciliation Commissioner at Osaka Summary Court in 2024 (current position), among others.

Ms. Junko Yamamoto

Passed the second-stage CPA examination. Audited at a major audit firm. Became Representative Director of SPLENDID21 in 2004 (current position). Appointed Part-time Lecturer (Financial Statement Analysis) at Kwansei Gakuin University Graduate School in 2015 (current position), among others.
