Yayoi Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kenichiro Muto, hereinafter "Yayoi") announced that it has entered into a business partnership with TECO Design Inc. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Shin Sugino, hereinafter "TECO Design") and will begin offering an initial setup agency service for the cloud attendance management system "Yayoi Kintai Next" starting July 1, 2026 (Wed).

Through this partnership, TECO Design will be appointed as an "Official Setup Partner" and will provide comprehensive support, from initial design and setup to operational launch, for companies implementing "Yayoi Kintai Next".

Background

In recent years, the back-office domain for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has seen a shift towards cloud-based attendance management and payroll calculation, driven by the need to comply with legal systems, address labor shortages, and improve operational efficiency and paperless processes.

However, for companies with dozens of employees, employment rules, employment categories, work styles, and leave systems tend to become complex, leading to a significant burden in initial setup.

Especially when migrating from desktop software to cloud services, it is necessary to review not only system operations but also business design and settings, which can sometimes lead to implementation delays or stagnant utilization.

To address these challenges, Yayoi will collaborate with TECO Design to provide onboarding support, primarily focused on initial setup agency services, for companies implementing "Yayoi Kintai Next". TECO Design has extensive experience in supporting cloud implementations in the human resources and labor domain, with a track record of supporting over 1,000 implementations.

Value Provided by This Partnership

This partnership will enable implementing companies to achieve the following:

Significantly reduce initial setup time and begin operations early.

Achieve appropriate labor management through settings tailored to their company's employment rules and work styles.

Reduce the burden on HR and labor staff through continuous support until operational adoption.

Comments from Both Companies

Kenichiro Muto, President and CEO, Yayoi Co., Ltd.

"For many companies, the burden of initial setup and concerns about operational design that aligns with their own employment rules have been challenges when implementing 'Yayoi Kintai Next'.

We are very encouraged to be able to offer an initial setup agency service through our collaboration with TECO Design.

Through this initiative, we aim to create an environment where customers can smoothly utilize 'Yayoi Kintai Next' without stumbling during the implementation phase, and further promote the digitalization of attendance management for SMEs."

Shin Sugino, President, TECO Design Inc.

"Simply implementing a cloud service does not change operations. Especially for attendance management, initial setup and operational design are extremely important as they are closely related to each company's employment rules, work styles, and payroll calculation flows.

We are very pleased to be able to support implementing companies as an 'Official Setup Partner' for Yayoi's 'Yayoi Kintai Next,' which has supported many companies in the accounting and payroll fields for many years.

Through our experience supporting over 1,000 cloud implementations, we have focused not just on 'implementation completion' but on creating a 'state where it continues to be used in the field.'

Through this partnership, we will reduce the anxiety and burden of companies undertaking cloud migration and advance the DX in the HR and labor domain one step further."
