Yayoi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President, and CEO: Kenichiro Muto; hereinafter "Yayoi") is pleased to announce that its "Yayoi Accounting" and "Yayoi Sales" products have been registered as eligible for the "Digitalization/AI Introduction Subsidy 2026," promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, and the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation. This enables SMEs to receive up to 80% effective subsidy on the introduction costs and up to two years of usage fees for these products, thereby supporting the digitalization of back-office operations for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The "Digitalization/AI Introduction Subsidy 2026" is a subsidy program aimed at improving the labor productivity of small and medium-sized enterprises and small businesses by supporting the introduction of IT tools (software, services, etc.) for operational efficiency and DX. Yayoi continues to be registered as a support provider for this program, following its participation in the "IT Introduction Subsidy 2025."

This fiscal year, two of Yayoi's offerings, "Yayoi Accounting" and "Yayoi Sales," have been certified as eligible products under the Invoice System framework (Invoice-compatible type). For the introduction of these products, a subsidy of 75% of the introduction costs and two years of usage fees is principally available. Furthermore, if the introducing business is defined as a small-scale business by the system, the subsidy rate can be expanded to a maximum of 80%*.

Please check the official website for details on the system.
