Yayoi Accounting and Yayoi Sales Certified as Eligible Products for Digitalization/AI Introduction Subsidy 2026

Yayoi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Kenichiro Muto; hereinafter "Yayoi") announces that its "Yayoi Accounting" and "Yayoi Sales" products have been registered as eligible products for the "Digitalization/AI Introduction Subsidy 2026," promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, and the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN. This will allow for a maximum effective discount of 80% on the introduction costs and up to two years of usage fees for these products. Through these efforts, Yayoi aims to support the digitalization of back-office operations for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The "Digitalization/AI Introduction Subsidy 2026" is a subsidy program aimed at improving the labor productivity of SMEs and small businesses by supporting the introduction of IT tools (software, services, etc.) for operational efficiency and DX. Yayoi continues to be registered as a support provider for this program, following its participation in the "IT Introduction Subsidy 2025."

This year, two of Yayoi's products, "Yayoi Accounting" and "Yayoi Sales," have been certified as eligible products under the Invoice System category (Invoice-compliant type). For the introduction of these products, it is possible to receive a subsidy of 75% in principle for the introduction costs and two years of usage fees. Furthermore, if the introducing business is a small business as defined by the system, the subsidy rate can be expanded up to a maximum of 80%*.
