Global 3x3 Basketball League '3x3.EXE PREMIER 2026 Opening Round' to be Held at WATERRAS

Yasuda Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Mamoru Yasuda) and Awaji Area Management General Incorporated Association (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), in which Yasuda Real Estate Co., Ltd. participates as a secretariat, will participate in the '3x3.EXE PREMIER 2026' season, a global 3x3 basketball league, as a 'Round Hosting Partner' and 'Supporting Company'. As a 'Round Hosting Partner', the season's opening round will be held at WATERRAS, following last year, and as a 'Supporting Company', '3x3.EXE PREMIER 2026' will be supported throughout the season.

In addition, we plan to provide content that allows many people to eat, play, and enjoy, with enhanced food trucks and kids' areas.

What is "3x3.EXE PREMIER"?

Established in 2014 as the world's first professional 3x3 basketball league, approved by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) and certified by the Japan Basketball Association (JBA), it is a global 3x3 basketball league. In 2025, a total of 90 teams from 5 countries: Thailand, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, and Vietnam participated.

Creation of a short video themed "Kanda Town x 3x3" with students from WATERRAS Student House

Students from "WATERRAS Student House," a student-only apartment within WATERRAS who contribute to the revitalization of the town through community exchange and volunteer activities, will collaborate with 3x3.EXE PREMIER to create a video promoting the charm of Kanda town. The goal is to introduce recommended spots in Kanda by students of the Student House and encourage people to enjoy Kanda town through 3x3.EXE PREMIER, thereby enlivening the entire region.

As a collaboration project between "3x3.EXE PREMIER," "BLUE NOTE TOKYO," and "WATERRAS," original stickers combining the worlds of the three will be distributed in limited quantities at Cafe, Dining&Bar 104.5 (Kanda Awajicho).
