Yaruki Switch Group and Nomura Real Estate Group Collaborate to Pursue 'Educational Sustainability,' Rolling Out the 'Astrum.net' Education Platform to the Nomura Real Estate Group

Yaruki Switch Group Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Naoshi Takahashi; hereinafter 'Yaruki Switch Group'), which develops comprehensive educational service businesses, and Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Satoshi Arai; hereinafter 'Nomura Real Estate Holdings') have decided to introduce and are progressively rolling out the Yaruki Switch Group's educational platform 'Astrum.net' to the member organizations of various Nomura Real Estate Holdings group companies.

Since April, it has been introduced to the residential and office member services of Nomura Real Estate, 'Nomura no Kurasumai' *1 and 'NOMURA WORK-LIFE PLUS' *2. Starting Monday, May 18, it will also be introduced and provided to members of the after-school programs operated by Nomura Real Estate Life & Sports.

Background of this Initiative

Nomura Real Estate Holdings invested in Yaruki Switch Group HD in December 2022 and concluded a capital and business alliance agreement. The current introduction of 'Astrum.net' is an attempt to build long-term partnerships by closely supporting every moment in the daily lives of customers and their children, using residential and office building services as the gateway.

Moving forward, by utilizing the knowledge, know-how, and customer bases held by both companies, we aim to contribute to the 'learning' of the children who will shape the future.
