Yamori Inc. has partnered with Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation to address the growing issue of vacant houses resulting from inheritance and asset reorganization. The bank will refer clients struggling with vacant property management or sales to Yamori's revitalization service. Yamori will purchase, renovate, and operate these properties long-term as rental housing, vacation rentals, or monthly apartments. This initiative aims to solve owner burdens and provide needed local housing.
