Yamaya Communications Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sasaguri-machi, Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture, President and Representative Director: Masahide Yamamoto, hereinafter referred to as "Yamaya") will open "Hakata Motsunabe Yamaya Oimachi Tracks Store" on Saturday, March 28, 2026, within the newly opened complex facility "OIMACHI TRACKS". This will be the first store opening in an SC operated by Atre Co., Ltd.

Furthermore, to commemorate the opening of "Hakata Motsunabe Yamaya Oimachi Tracks Store," a campaign will be held where customers can earn triple the usual visit stamps on the Yamaya official app.

Yamaya is engaged in efforts to spread Kyushu's food culture worldwide, under the vision of "Yamaya Standard from Kyushu to the World" and with the banner of "Made in KYUSHU." With the opening of Oimachi Tracks, we have opened this store as a base to transmit the charm of Kyushu's food culture in this area frequented by diverse people.

"Hakata Motsunabe Yamaya" offers motsunabe (offal hot pot) using domestic beef offal as its main dish, along with Yamaya's proud mentaiko (spicy marinated cod roe) and local dishes from various parts of Kyushu. For dinner, we offer a lineup that can be enjoyed with meals or drinks, including "Hakata Motsunabe (flying fish broth soy sauce, rich miso, light umami broth)," "Hakata Tonkotsu Nabe Gyoza," and "Signature Goma Saba (mackerel with sesame dressing)," featuring Kyushu's unique flavors.

During lunchtime, when you order a set meal, Yamaya's proud mentaiko, karashi takana (spicy pickled mustard greens), rice, and umami broth are refillable. With a satisfying portion that allows you to enjoy a whole mentaiko, you can casually savor the taste of Hakata.

A retail corner is also set up in the store, offering popular products such as Yamaya's mentaiko, "umami broth," and frozen mentai french bread, which can be purchased for home use or as souvenirs.
