Yamato Zaitaku Co., Ltd. Strengths of Our Rental Management

As of the end of April 2026, the Company's number of units under management reached 10,201 nationwide. Our strength in the rental management business lies in our exceptionally high track record, with an occupancy rate of 99.89% and a rent collection rate of 99.63% (*) for the properties managed by us.

Behind the high occupancy rate is our structure specializing in rental management without operating brokerage storefronts, combined with a powerful leasing strategy based on building relationships of trust with brokerage companies. In addition, we have introduced a dedicated tenant app and established a 24-hour call center to improve tenant satisfaction through prompt troubleshooting, which also helps prevent move-outs. Furthermore, we minimize the risk of rent arrears through three measures: our in-house rent guarantee service, strict tenant screening, and cooperation with partner attorneys.
