This training is an initiative aimed at fostering a sense of ownership, developing foundational skills, cultivating professional awareness, and gaining a business owner's perspective by immersing participants in the actual business site, thereby allowing them to experientially learn "asset value co-creation," which is the core of the Company's business. ■ Training Overview and Background The Company places importance on not merely acquiring knowledge in human resource development, but also on fostering a perspective of value creation through business from an early stage. In this new graduate training, Sugatani Onsen, operated by the Company, was used as the training field. They identified issues and areas for improvement hidden within daily operations and compiled them into concrete improvement proposals. By deeply engaging with the site, the aim was to cultivate a proactive mindset where employees think and act independently, rather than passively, as members of the company and contributors to the business. ■ Proposal of Accommodation Plans and Presentation to the CEO On the final day of the training, new graduate employees presented their newly developed accommodation plans to Representative Director CEO Fujiwara directly, working in teams. The proposals were evaluated from the perspectives of feasibility, profitability, and customer experience value. A system is in place to consider actual implementation for particularly excellent plans and to provide remuneration. By reflecting the flexible ideas and on-site insights of young employees into actual business operations, the company aims to further enhance facility value and customer satisfaction.
