SWANS Signs Brand Ambassador Agreement with Professional Golfer Kokoro Nakamura

Yamamoto Kogaku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 3-25-8 Chodo, Higashiosaka City, Osaka; President: Naoyuki Yamamoto), a manufacturer and seller of industrial safety protective equipment, various sports eyewear, glasses, and optical instruments, has signed a SWANS sunglasses brand ambassador agreement with professional golfer Kokoro Nakamura, effective March 1, 2026. As Ms. Nakamura is set to compete in the regular tour starting with the "Resort Trust Ladies" opening on Thursday, May 28, we are formally announcing this agreement.

Kokoro Nakamura is a promising young golfer who has won numerous tournaments since her junior years. However, she had never worn sunglasses during play. The reason, she says, is that while she felt the need for UV protection, she was concerned about the impact on her performance, such as visual discomfort and frame reflections, and had not found sunglasses she could wear with confidence. During a practice round of golf, she had the opportunity to try on sunglasses with a SWANS pro service representative and wore SWANS' golf sunglasses "CONTRAIM" for the first time. This experience significantly changed her impression of sunglasses.
