Yamaha Music Japan Co., Ltd. will sponsor "La Folle Journée TOKYO 2026," a classical music festival to be held from Sunday, May 3rd to Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, primarily at the Tokyo International Forum (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo). "La Folle Journée" was born in 1995 in the port city of Nantes in western France. It started in Tokyo in 2005 and has attracted over 9.23 million visitors by 2025. During the "La Folle Journée TOKYO 2026" event period, the Yamaha Ginza store (Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will host live concerts featuring selections aligned with the event's theme, "LES FLEUVES (The Rivers)," as well as string instrument experience sessions that are easy for beginners to participate in, and special exhibition and trial sessions for selecting flutes. Through this initiative, we aim to convey the charm of classical music and musical instruments to visitors to Ginza, contributing to regional revitalization and the promotion and creation of music culture.
