The 'B Series' to be launched this time is an upright piano that pursues an even richer sound and superior ease of use than conventional models, while achieving an affordable price. Based on the highly acclaimed "b series," it has been further improved in quality and evolved into a piano that can be enjoyed by a wider range of customers. To express its new value, it has been named the 'B Series,' embodying the meaning of "Beautiful life with a piano."

This product features newly developed hammers exclusively for the 'B Series' and a revised soundboard design, realizing a rich and expansive sound despite its compact size, suitable for placement in homes, and delivering a fulfilling playing experience. Furthermore, improvements to the music stand and the adoption of a built-in soft-landing mechanism have further enhanced ease of use and safety. In addition, to match diverse lifestyles, users can choose between the "Silent Piano™," which allows for quiet practice using headphones, and the "TransAcoustic™ Piano," which allows free volume adjustment while maintaining the rich acoustic sound unique to an acoustic piano.

Main Features

1. Compact yet delivers a high-quality playing experience with rich sound and clear, bright tone.

Reflecting knowledge gained from the development of the concert grand piano "CFX," new hammers specifically for the 'B Series' have been developed, utilizing the excellent elasticity inherent in felt. They produce a clear, sustained sound that makes melodies in each register stand out vividly. By revising the design of the soundboard, the source of the piano's sound, an open and clear tone has been achieved even in a compact size suitable for home installation. Additionally, five back posts are adopted to prevent changes in the soundboard's shape. The soundboard has a curved structure called a "crown," and even slight changes in shape can affect the tone. The five back posts stably maintain the ideal state for producing a rich sound. For the 'B20,' the height has been increased by 3 cm to 116 cm compared to the conventional model "b113," expanding the soundboard area. This achieves a wider dynamic range and a rich, expansive sound. The longer bass strings also contribute to stable pitch and a three-dimensional sound.
