Hinokiya Group Participates in Condominium Development Project in Ho Chi Minh City

Hinokiya Group Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Akira Kondo; hereinafter referred to as "Hinokiya Group") has decided to participate in the condominium development project "TT GENESIS" (hereinafter referred to as "the Project") in Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, together with TT Capital Investment Joint Stock Company (Headquarters: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Chairman: Nguyen Trung Tin; hereinafter referred to as "TT Capital"), Cosmo Create Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryotaro Takachi; hereinafter referred to as "Cosmo Create"), and Koterasu Partners Pte. Ltd (Headquarters: Singapore; President: Shinichi Yamaguchi; hereinafter referred to as "Koterasu").

The project site is located in a lush green environment, close to the city center of Ho Chi Minh City. It is an area attracting attention, with plans for the district to be upgraded from a county following administrative boundary realignments, and future development of urban infrastructure such as major arterial roads and railway networks is expected. The plan involves developing approximately 1.9 hectares of land, including two high-rise condominiums (approximately 1,400 units in total) and 12 detached houses. As a large-scale development primarily for the middle-income segment, it aims to provide housing that meets the demand in Vietnam, where rapid urbanization and income growth are progressing, and to become a core housing supply for the formation of future satellite towns.

Since participating in the "Paragon Dai Phuoc Project" (luxury detached house development for the wealthy) in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, in 2025 (*1), Hinokiya Group has been paying attention to the housing market for the middle-income segment in Vietnam. Amidst this, based on the smooth sales (*2) of the first project "TT AVIO" handled by TT Capital, Cosmo Create, and Koterasu in the former Binh Duong Province, and the strong market support it has received, Hinokiya Group has decided to participate in this Project, the second such undertaking, to address the shortage of housing units for the middle-income segment that meets market demand.

Moving forward, we will build a medium- to long-term partnership through collaboration with the participating companies, aiming to supply 1,000 to 2,000 high-quality housing units annually, develop this as a new pillar of revenue, and strive for the sustainable growth and increased corporate value of the entire Hinokiya Group.
