Yamada Holdings Track and Field Club Announces New Athlete for 2026 Season

Yamada Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture; Representative Director, Chairman & CEO: Noboru Yamada; hereinafter, "Yamada Holdings") is pleased to announce that Yuto Seko (high jump) will join its Track and Field Club as of April 1, 2026.

Mr. Seko holds a personal best record of 2m33 in the men's high jump, which is tied for the second-highest in Japanese history. He competed as a Japanese representative at the Tokyo 2025 World Athletics Championships, finishing 10th, and won a gold medal at the Asian Indoor Athletics Championships held in February 2026. He is an athlete expected to continue his global success.

In addition to dedicating himself daily to training for his sport, Mr. Seko will also be involved in Yamada Holdings' social contribution activities across Japan, which promote track and field in local communities.
