Yamada Consulting to Support Business Collaboration Between Japan and Taiwan in Smart Healthcare Matching Project

Yamada Consulting Group Co., Ltd. The Company will leverage its practical experience in government projects in various Asian countries and its expertise in the healthcare domain to support business collaboration between Japanese and Taiwanese companies. ■What is "Wow! Taiwan Taiwan x Japan Smart Healthcare Business Matching"? This project is part of "Wow! Taiwan," launched by the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs' Bureau of Foreign Trade (TITA) and operated by the Commercial Development Research Institute (CDRI), a think tank for the service industry including distribution and retail, which connects Taiwanese suppliers with global buyers. This initiative focuses on the smart healthcare field with a "Taiwan x Japan" theme. ■Our Role The Company was appointed as a support partner in recognition of its relationship with CDRI and its track record through its India base (Y&S India). As the point of contact for Japanese companies, the Company is responsible for recruiting, guiding, and coordinating participants. Furthermore, in the first online event of this project, Kojiro Takeda, Deputy General Manager of the Company's Healthcare Consulting Division and a pharmacist with extensive experience in improving management in the medical and nursing care fields, will serve as a lecturer. The Company has a track record of winning government and public sector projects overseas (e.g., Singapore, Indonesia) and within Japan. The Healthcare Consulting Division also boasts specialized personnel in the medical field. Through this project support, the Company will utilize its experience and structure to strengthen business collaboration between Japan and Taiwan. ■Future Development Leveraging the insights gained from this project and the network with government agencies, the Company will continuously explore opportunities for projects targeting public institutions, primarily in Asian countries. Furthermore, the Company aims to steadily accumulate overseas achievements in the healthcare field to provide high-level support to more companies.
