"CINAGRO ORGANIC SALAD & CAFE Sogo Omiya," operated by Yakuryo Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; President: Tsukasa Kono), which plans, manufactures, sells, and distributes organic and health supplement foods, will launch its first dinner-exclusive menu, the "100% Organic Beef Sirloin Hand-Kneaded Hamburg Steak," starting April 1st. In addition to our grand menu featuring a wide lineup of curries, pastas, and pizzas made with organic vegetables from our own farms and locally sourced ingredients, we are pleased to introduce this new dinner option.

100% Organic Beef Sirloin Hand-Kneaded Hamburg Steak

We use herb-fed beef raised on approximately 250 types of herbs and grasses native to Australia's Channel Country. Channel Country is located hundreds of kilometers away from intensive farming regions or areas where large amounts of pesticides and insecticides are used, maintaining a completely natural environment. Consequently, the cattle are produced in a natural setting free from pesticides, growth hormones, insecticides, chemical fertilizers, artificial feeds, and other impurities. Furthermore, the intake of herbal properties from the native grasses contributes to the healthy growth of the organic beef and provides the unique "depth of flavor" characteristic of organic meat. This is a signature dish we are proud of, meticulously hand-kneaded and grilled to bring out the authentic taste of beef nurtured by the great outdoors—a flavor experience like no other.

Organic JAS Certified Koshihikari 'Isumikko' White Rice

The rice served with the set is the Organic JAS certified "Isumikko" from Chiba Prefecture. Grown in Isumi City, known as a prime rice-producing region in Chiba, this Koshihikari rice is cultivated without any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, with a focus on the "soil" that forms the foundation of quality. The producers of "Isumikko" are recognized as being from one of Chiba's three major rice-producing areas, known for high-quality rice. They produce rice with excellent texture, stickiness, and sweetness, while also engaging in food-agriculture education, wildlife conservation, and food safety initiatives for children and consumers.
