On March 19, general construction firm Yagi Construction Co., Ltd. (Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director: Masayuki Yagi) presented the second year of activity support funding to local athlete Mana Sawada (a third-year junior high school student), who has won the BMX Racing World Championships four times.
Additionally, on March 2, the company donated 330 ceremonial chairs to Honjo Municipal Honjo Higashi Junior High School, the alma mater of Representative Yagi.
*BMX racing, in which Sawada competes, is a demanding sport that involves racing bicycles on courses filled with undulations.
