Xymax Group (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hideo Karashima) announced that it signed a 'Business Cooperation Agreement' with Osaka Prefecture (Governor: Hirofumi Yoshimura) on May 20, 2026, based on the Osaka Prefecture Public-Private Partnership Guidelines.

Background and Purpose of the Agreement
The agreement aims to improve public services and identify and resolve various modern social issues through close collaboration between Osaka Prefecture and Xymax Group.
Specifically, in response to the growing need for diverse work styles and operational efficiency, the partnership will leverage Xymax Group's expertise and resources in office environment creation to work together on flexible work styles and resolving regional issues for local governments through the satellite office service 'ZXY.'
The project will be led by Xymax Kansai, a group company.

With the concept of "making work styles free," this is a corporate membership satellite office service provided by Xymax Group. It operates 342 locations mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area and is used by approximately 8,270 companies and 650,000 users (as of May 20, 2026).
It offers many 1-2 person private rooms called 'Solo' suitable for individual work and web conferences, as well as 'Meets' conference rooms for group meetings and business negotiations. Security-conscious facilities and a unique reservation system are its key features.
Currently, to further improve convenience, Xymax is accelerating and strengthening its branch expansion not only in the Tokyo metropolitan area but also outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, especially in the Kansai area.
