This facility disseminates information about Shinjuku's urban development and will feature content that allows visitors to simulate the progress of development work, which is usually hidden by temporary enclosures, through the latest XR technology. The 'XREAL 1S' will be installed in the facility's XR experience corner, providing visitors with immersive, large-screen stereoscopic images generated by the device's unique functions, showing the completed interior and exterior of the planned buildings, as well as day and night drone footage of the construction site.

This is an information facility by Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. that delivers the 'now' and 'future' of the 'Shinjuku Station West Exit Area Development Project.' Opening in a location just a one-minute walk from Shinjuku Station's west exit, it will provide a space to share the excitement of the ever-evolving urban development of Shinjuku through exhibits of district models and simulated tours of construction sites using VR and AR technology.
