以「疾風怒濤」為概念，共計 6 位角色（坂田銀時、土方十四郎、沖田總悟、桂小太郎、高杉晉助、神威）的全新繪製插圖將在為期 6 個月間陸續公開。首波活動將以「土方祭」為主題，推出土方十四郎的全新繪製插圖。除了普通的著色插圖外，也將推出相同設計的原畫風格繪製插圖。現場將販售原創周邊商品，並舉辦原創景品保證中獎的小遊戲。此外，部分商品將從 4 月 24 日（五）起在全國的 BANDAI NAMCO Cross Spot 同步販售。
