Bandai Namco Experience Inc. and Bandai Namco Amusement Inc. will open the "Gashapon Bandai Official Shop" Onoda Sun Park store, a specialty shop for Bandai's capsule toy brand "Gashapon," on Thursday, June 25, 2026, inside the Onoda Sun Park shopping mall in Sanyo-Onoda City, Yamaguchi.

In recent years, the capsule toy industry has seen an increase in large-scale specialty stores, which are enjoyed by many customers as an accessible form of entertainment. Driven by the desire to directly deliver the unique "exciting experience" and "unique products" of Bandai's original Gashapon brand to fans, Bandai, along with Bandai Namco Experience (with its expertise in facility planning and development) and Bandai Namco Amusement (with its operational know-how of large capsule toy stores), are collaborating to open this store.

The "Gashapon Bandai Official Shop" Onoda Sun Park store is an official Bandai capsule toy specialty shop featuring 470 machines. It will carry all of Bandai's new products and offer an exclusive "Gashapon experience," thereby promoting the new charms of Gashapon.

With their intricate designs and unique product lineups, capsule toys are now representative of miniature toys. To convey the entertainment value of Gashapon to a wide audience, both domestically and internationally, the company plans to continue opening new stores.
